From Colorado Springs take I-25 South to exit 132, Fountain. Turn left at the light, cross the I-25 bridge. just past the entrance to I-25 North, turn left at the light onto Bandley Dr. Continue to Fountain Head Medical campus. Turn left into campus. Suite 135 is on the North East side of the building, across the hall form DeVita Dialysis. Directions from Pueblo the same except take I-25 North to exit 132. Bandley Dr. is straight across Fountain Mesa Dr. Be careful not to return to I-25 North.
